Project Management Consultant prepares a feasibility report covering:

4. Tender Process

5. Selection of Developer

Developer is selected based on:

  • Offer to members

6. Approval from Members

At least 51% or more members’ consent is generally required (often higher in practice).

7. Development Agreement

A legally binding agreement is executed between the society and developer.

8. Statutory Approvals

Developer obtains approvals from municipal authorities.

9. Temporary Relocation

Members are shifted to:

  • Transit accommodation, or
